Job Description

xperience Required:

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube
Optimize campaigns for
CPL, ROAS, and CAC
using A/B testing, custom audiences, and pixel data
Launch, monitor, and scale ad campaigns based on business goals and performance benchmarks
Perform keyword research, ad copywriting, audience segmentation, and landing page alignment
Track and analyze metrics via Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other BI tools
Collaborate with design and content teams for creative assets
Run retargeting, lookalike, and conversion-based ad funnels
Keep up with algorithm changes, ad trends, and new platforms
Prepare and present campaign reports, insights, and growth suggestions weekly

Required Skills:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in
Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Strong understanding of
performance marketing KPIs
: CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA
Must have managed
monthly budgets of 1L+ across multiple platforms
Working knowledge of
Google Tag Manager, Pixel, UTM, and Funnel Tracking
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Search Console
Strong analytical skills with an eye for data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and copywriting basics
Agency or B2B SaaS experience preferred
