Performance Marketing Manager

Job Title: Performance Marketer / Paid Ads Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to take complete ownership of paid media across digital platforms. This is not a visibility-focused role. Your goal is to drive revenue, conversions, and measurable ROI for a growing beauty and wellness brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other relevant platforms.
• Build full-funnel strategies (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion).
• Drive e-commerce sales and generate qualified leads and service bookings.
• Improve CVR, CPA, ROAS, and CAC through daily monitoring and data-backed decisions.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audiences.
• Build custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences from customer data.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams on hooks, messaging, and video concepts.
• Suggest improvements for landing pages, product pages, and booking funnels.
• Track performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads, and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Allocate and optimize ad budgets based on performance.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid ads.
• Proven track record of driving sales through paid campaigns.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
• Solid understanding of conversion funnels, customer journeys, and digital analytics.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working with targets and performance accountability.

Preferred

• Experience in e-commerce, D2C, luxury, or beauty/hair/scalp care.
• Knowledge of CRM and retention marketing tools.
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and scaling strategies.
