Job Description: Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven specialist to manage performance marketing and SEO for both businesses. The role will focus on driving D2C sales for Swadisha, generating qualified leads for Shreyas Shelters and improving organic visibility across both websites.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing – Both Businesses

• Plan and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for Swadisha and Shreyas Shelters.
• Swadisha: Drive D2C website sales for Ready-to-Cook (RTC), Ready-to-Eat (RTE), beverage premixes and freeze-dried products.
• Shreyas Shelters: Generate qualified leads for real estate projects, site visits and property sales.
• Achieve agreed ROAS targets for Swadisha and optimise cost per qualified lead for real estate.
• Manage advertising budgets, audience targeting, retargeting, creatives and landing pages.
• Track conversions, revenue, customer acquisition costs and campaign performance.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.

2. SEO Optimisation – Both Businesses

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for both websites.
• Conduct keyword research and optimise product pages, property listings, landing pages and website content.
• Improve technical SEO, website speed, indexing and Google rankings.
• Increase relevant organic traffic, Swadisha product sales and Shreyas Shelters property enquiries.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic and conversions using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.

Required Skills

• Atleast 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and SEO.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads and SEO tools.
• Experience in D2C/FMCG and real estate marketing preferred.
• Understanding of ROAS, customer acquisition cost, cost per lead and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on measurable business results.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Swadisha: ROAS, D2C revenue, website conversion rate and customer acquisition cost.
• Shreyas Shelters: Qualified leads, cost per lead, site visits and lead-to-booking conversion.
• SEO – Both Businesses: Organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions and relevant business enquiries.

Primary Objective

Drive profitable online sales for Swadisha, generate qualified real estate leads for Shreyas Shelters, and strengthen organic search visibility for both businesses through performance marketing and SEO.
