As we continue expanding our digital footprint, we are looking for a Performance Manager to lead data-driven marketing campaigns and fuel our growth across India and the GCC. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) , Google (Search, Display, YouTube) , and others. Lead media buying, campaign planning , and cross-border execution (India + GCC). Analyze audience behavior, seasonality trends, and campaign insights to refine targeting. Strategically manage paid social campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok . Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, and ROAS , ensuring maximum ROI. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages. Collaborate with design/content teams for creative development and lead generation assets. Monitor campaign performance daily and implement data-driven optimizations . Build and maintain performance dashboards and generate insightful weekly/monthly reports. Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and funnel audits to improve performance. Work closely with the sales/admissions team to ensure lead quality and continuous feedback. Ideal Candidate Profile: 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the education sector or similar. Expertise in managing paid media across major platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.). Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Data Studio , etc. Knowledge of lead generation funnels and experience optimizing them for conversions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
