Performance Marketing Intern

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms
• Work on audience research, targeting, and segmentation strategies
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad copies and visuals
• Conduct competitor analysis and explore new performance marketing opportunities
• Support retargeting campaigns and conversion optimization initiatives

• Strong interest in digital marketing and e-commerce
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other ad platforms (bonus if youve tried running campaigns!)
• Analytical mindset with comfort in working with numbers and data
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Proactive learner who is eager to explore and test new ideas

• Hands-on training in performance marketing & e-commerce growth strategies
• Exposure to real campaign data and decision-making processes
