Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Manage end-to-end campaign cycles — from strategy and setup to monitoring, optimization, and performance reporting.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for better ROI.
• Track and analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to ensure effective budget utilization and performance improvement.
• Provide detailed weekly and monthly performance reports and actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate directly with clients to understand campaign objectives, gather feedback, and provide updates on performance.
• Act as a communication bridge between the client and the technical team to ensure smooth execution of deliverables, quick resolution of issues, and proper understanding of client requirements.
• Monitor trends, competitors, and new advertising technologies to continuously enhance campaign results.
• Execute A/B testing and conversion optimization strategies for campaign improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Advertising.
• Strong command over Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager.
• Excellent client communication, relationship management, and coordination skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
