Marketer Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads,
• LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to achieve ROI and growth targets.
• Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and bidding strategy optimization.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
• Generate detailed performance reports and provide insights for campaign
• improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in performance marketing.
• Manage budgets effectively and maximize campaign efficiency.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing and paid ads.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), and other
• PPC platforms.
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and pixel implementation.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deliver results under tight deadlines.
