Job Description

We are hiring a Meta & Google Ads Executive with hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns. This role is focused purely on performance marketing, handling live ad accounts across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads
• Plan campaign structures, targeting, and budgets
• Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS)
• Coordinate with the design team for creative requirements
• Prepare basic performance reports and insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns
• Knowledge of audience targeting and conversion tracking
• Performance-driven and analytical mindset

Preferred

• Agency experience
• Exposure to eCommerce or lead generation accounts
