Job Summary:

The Performance Marketing Executive will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate high-quality leads for interior design and fit-out projects. The role requires a deep understanding of paid media platforms, analytics, and conversion optimization to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversion using data-driven insights.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives.
Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and CPL (Cost per Lead).
Manage marketing budgets and allocate spends efficiently.
Analyze customer journey data to improve conversion rates.
Stay updated on performance marketing trends and competitor strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,859.85 - ₹35,829.92 per month
