Performance marketing associate

Role Overview: You will be responsible for owning performance marketing for Trackk, focusing on paid channels, funnels, attribution, and user acquisition. This role is suitable for individuals who have a track record of scaling growth for consumer-facing mobile apps, particularly in fintech, stock trading, or high-frequency transaction apps. A deep understanding of Gen Z behavior, content, and digital psychology is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage all paid user acquisition activities across Google, Meta, UAC, ASA, programmatic, and emerging channels - Develop and optimize full-funnel campaigns that target KYC completions, deposits, and active traders - Collaborate with the design team to create Gen Z-friendly creatives, copies, and landing pages - Conduct rapid A/B experiments on ads, ad formats, media mixes, and funnel flows - Work closely with the product team to enhance onboarding flows and minimize drop-offs - Efficiently scale budgets while maintaining a focus on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) - Utilize analytics tools such as Firebase, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, GA4 for insights and attribution - Stay updated on trends, meme-culture, creator formats, and strategies that resonate with the 1835 audience Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing - Proven experience in scaling consumer-facing mobile apps, preferably in fintech, gaming, trading, or social sectors - Strong grasp of Gen Z content behavior, hooks, and creative strategies - Experience with App Install campaigns, Universal App Campaigns (UAC), Apple Search Ads (ASA), and event-driven optimization - Proficient in analytics with a comfort level in dealing with metrics, funnels, data, and experiments - Bonus: Experience in influencer performance, referral programs, and viral loops - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative startup environment - Enjoys experimenting, analyzing numbers, and optimizing growth loops (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description),
