*Job Summary*

We are seeking a results-driven *Performance Marketing Manager* to lead and execute data-backed paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing high-conversion campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital channels while tracking KPIs and ensuring a strong ROI.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Plan, execute, and optimize *paid marketing campaigns* (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

* Monitor performance metrics such as *CPA, CTR, ROAS, CPC, Conversion Rate*, etc., and optimize accordingly.

* Conduct *A/B testing* of creatives, landing pages, ad copies, and targeting.

* Work closely with content, design, and product teams to align messaging and ensure consistent brand communication.

* Create detailed *performance reports*, dashboards, and campaign summaries.

* Analyze competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.

* Manage *marketing budgets* and maximize returns on ad spend (ROAS).

* Stay updated with latest trends, algorithm updates, and tools in the performance marketing ecosystem.

*Requirements*

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

* Proven work experience in *performance marketing* (2-5 years for Executive; 5+ years for Manager level).

* Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other performance tools.

* Experience with *e-commerce or lead generation campaigns* preferred.

* Strong analytical mindset with a command over Excel/Google Sheets.

* Knowledge of basic *landing page optimization* and CRO.

* Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, Google Tag Manager, etc., is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
