Performance Marketer

Job Title: Performance Marketer Company: 7D DESIGN Location: On-site (Full-time) Department: Digital Marketing Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Negotiable) Working Days: 6 days a week (Half-day on Saturdays) About Us 7D DESIGN is a growing creative and digital agency committed to delivering impactful design and marketing solutions. We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketer to join our Digital Marketing team and drive results through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads . Monitor performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and Conversion Rate . Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audiences to improve performance. Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages. Analyze user behavior and campaign data using tools like Google Analytics , Meta Business Suite , and Google Tag Manager . Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights. Required Skills & Qualifications 2 to 4 years of proven experience in performance marketing. Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms. Experience with conversion tracking and retargeting campaigns . Good communication and team collaboration skills Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience with landing page optimization and CRO. Familiarity with email marketing, SEO, or affiliate campaigns. Knowledge of tools like SEMrush, hootsuit.
