Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dehradun for a Performance Marketeer. The Performance Marketeer will be responsible for designing and implementing performance strategies, managing online advertising campaigns, analyzing key performance metrics, and optimizing ad performance. The responsibilities also include conducting market research, tracking ROI, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Analytics
• Experienced in planning and running paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Social Media Ads, and other PPC platforms
• Strong skills in Data Analysis, ROI optimization, and Budget Management
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Retargeting strategies
• Ability to create compelling ad copies and collaborate with content and creative teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in a performance marketing role or similar position is an advantage
