Requirements

Job Position - Performance Management and Rewards Manager (Engineering)Location:

Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
? Serve as a primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues in a fair and consistent manner.
? Implement visions of management to foster a positive work culture, enhance employee engagement, and improve retention.
  • Performance Management & Development:
? Administer and continuously improve performance review processes, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance evaluations.
? Identify training and development needs, and facilitate learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
? Be the agency who would proactively make sure the engineering team is taken care of.
? Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other tools to streamline HR processes.
  • HR Project Management & Analytics:
?

Utilize project management tools like Jira to track HR initiatives, manage workflows and report on progress.

? Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
  • Strategic Partnership:
? Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand business needs and develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives.? Provide expert advice and support on all HR-related matters.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
  • Proven experience in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Demonstrated practical experience using Jira or similar project management/workflow tools for HR processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel to do HR Analytics.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced technology or product-driven environment.
  • Experience with specific HRIS platforms.
