Role

• Collaborate with the global CoreSuite Performance team
• Design, develop and execute performance tests
• Generate detailed performance reports and technical documentation
• Consult internal and external clients on performance and architecture issues

Required Skills and Experience

• Performance Tuning Experience (at least two of the following)
• RDBMS
• OS Windows/ Linux
• Cloud environments
• Knowledge in RDBMS administration (one or more)
• SQL Server
• PostgreSQL
• Oracle
• Technical Skills
• Strong SQL language skills
• Experience in scripting or programming
• Experience with performance testing and APM tools (at least two of the following)

– JMeter, LoadRunner, ApiDog

– Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus

• Preferred Qualifications (at least two of the following)
• Deep understanding of enterprise systems, multi-layer architecture and performance bottlenecks
• Ability to design performance test strategies aligned with real-world production workloads and scalability goals
• Proficiency with advanced profiling and diagnostic tools
• Knowledge of concurrency, threading models, and memory management at the OS and application level
• Skilled in root cause analysis of latency, throughput, and stability issues under high load in both online and batch environments
• Proven experience applying performance solutions such as caching mechanism, query tuning, database optimization, connection pooling, load balancing, process flow simplification, distributed transactions
