Project Role Description :Diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. There are five aspects to Performance Engineering:software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.

Educational Qualification :15 years full time education
Summary:As a Performance Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for diagnosing complex issues that the in-house performance testing team has been unable to resolve. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions. You will also participate in discussions regarding software development lifecycle and architecture, ensuring that performance considerations are integrated into the development process. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem detection and resolution, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the applications being developed.
Roles & Responsibilities

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance considerations are integrated into the development lifecycle.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET.

Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools.

Experience with capacity planning and application performance management.

Ability to diagnose and resolve performance-related issues effectively.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and architecture.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
