This role is being offered at the associate level. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct financial and headcount reporting, including tasks such as monthly cost report checking, monthly forecasting, budget setting, cost control initiatives, business cases, provision of local analysis intelligence, and commentary. - Manage people planning activities, focusing on capability, engagement, and communications. - Engage and influence stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for the business. - Provide recommendations and decisions to enhance business performance. - Review relevant Management Information (MI) and conduct ad-hoc analysis of data. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience working in a support role with excellent knowledge of customer business, key services, and their interactions within the business. - Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders at different levels. - Proven experience with Microsoft Office applications. - Broad experience in executing and managing key methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
