Role Summary : We are looking for a driven, high-performing Sales Lead with a winning mindset and strong command of the U.S. market. This individual must have proven success selling software development, digital marketing, and automation solutions via platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or direct B2B outreach. You will take ownership of the sales function and work closely with leadership to shape the next phase of our business development and client onboarding strategy. Key Responsibilities : Lead sales outreach and deal closures across Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and direct channels Build and manage client pipelines and proposals Create persuasive pitch decks and follow-ups tailored to U.S.-based prospects Own the full sales cycle from lead gen to closing and onboarding Coordinate closely with the delivery team to ensure alignment and satisfaction Represent the company professionally on calls, video meetings, and demos Build relationships that convert into long-term accounts Required Skills & Experience : Minimum 4+ years of experience selling IT/software development or digital marketing services Proven experience winning and managing projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr (or similar platforms) Excellent English communication skills spoken, written, and persuasive Comfortable working U.S. hours and managing U.S.-based client expectations Experience with CRM tools, proposal writing, Zoom/Meet demos, and objection handling Strong follow-up discipline and ability to close deals independently Preferred/Nice-to-Have : Background in software development, design, or marketing Experience building and leading a sales team Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or automation tools Soft Skills : High energy and accountability Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to take ownership Strong negotiation and follow-through Passion for client success and long-term growth Experience : - Minimum : 3 years Preferred : 4+ years Compensation & Incentives : (open for negotiation based on experience) Commission: High-performance bonus per deal closed + milestone incentives Growth Track: Sales Manager / Country Head opportunity based on revenue contribution Hybrid/Onsite opportunity available after 6 months based on performance Location of Posting : - Kolkata (in person); Hybrid after 6 months only for qualified candidates.
