Peoplesoft CRM Consultant/Chennai or Pune-Immediate Joiner

Job Description: Greetings for the day, We are currently seeking individuals with a strong background in working with Peoplesoft CRM, specifically well-versed in Peoplesoft Applications and PeopleCode. With 10 to 18 years of relevant experience, the ideal candidate will be based in either Chennai or Pune. As a highly experienced PeopleSoft CRM Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our PeopleSoft ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include serving as a subject matter expert in PeopleSoft Applications, offering technical expertise in PeopleCode, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to system upgrades and performance tuning activities. Additionally, you will be involved in troubleshooting, code reviews, and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a subject matter expert in PeopleSoft Applications, focusing on design, development, customization, and support. - Provide hands-on technical expertise in PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, and related tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and implement effective solutions. - Assist in system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning activities. - Support troubleshooting efforts and ensure timely resolution for production issues. - Participate in code reviews and offer mentorship to junior team members. Required Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft development and implementation. - Strong technical knowledge in PeopleSoft Applications and PeopleCode. - Hands-on experience with PeopleTools, App Engine, SQR, and Integration Broker. - Proven experience in end-to-end PeopleSoft project lifecycles. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
