You will be working as the Head of People Management (QSR) at Biggies Burger, a fast-food retail venture with 27 outlets across Bengaluru. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy development. This full-time, on-site role requires you to manage labor and employment law compliance, develop HR policies, and maintain positive employee relations. Your leadership and communication skills will be crucial in strategizing and leading the HR Management department to create an effective and supportive work environment. To excel in this role, you should possess Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, along with knowledge of Labor and Employment Law. Experience in developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and working in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry will be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
