Role Overview: As a Senior Manager in the People Consulting (PC) HR Actuarial Services team at EY, you will have the opportunity to lead a team and contribute to creating a better working world. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor the India-based actuarial team, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. - Oversee technical development plans to ensure team members progress in actuarial competencies and certifications. - Conduct performance reviews, offer constructive feedback, and support career growth of team members. - Provide responsive and proactive support to U.S. client teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring high-quality delivery of actuarial services. - Serve as the primary liaison between the India team and U.S. leadership, aligning priorities, expectations, and strategic goals. - Support proposal development and pricing for new client opportunities, contributing actuarial insights and team capabilities to business development efforts.
