This will involve overseeing a portfolio of over 100 FTEs and leveraging a combination of functional and technical skills along with modern delivery practices to ensure high-quality outcomes within schedule and budget constraints. Your proficiency in Agile methodologies, continuous improvement initiatives, and establishing strong customer relationships will be key to your success. Furthermore, your exceptional people management skills will enable you to bring teams together, identify talent, and drive solutions in collaboration with technology and domain experts. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing the portfolio from project delivery, sourcing, and financial perspectives while ensuring robust governance and operational efficiency. You will focus on nurturing customer relationships to deliver exceptional experiences through innovative technology solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product owners and architects, will be essential in defining delivery plans, estimates, and risk mitigation strategies. Monitoring project status, tracking deliverables, managing issues and risks, and optimizing resource allocation will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be responsible for ensuring that program/project managers adhere to schedules, resolve technical challenges, and meet delivery objectives as per contractual agreements. Your role will encompass people management, including training, performance evaluation, feedback, improvement planning, and talent development. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with clients" IT and business teams to align strategies and develop roadmaps that drive results in line with the overall strategy. Your ability to lead and work with internal and external teams to deliver value-added solutions will be crucial for success in this role.,
