About the Role

The People Associate is an entry - level role that combines HR Coordination and Executive Assistance. This role builds momentum by supporting talent, scheduling, and operational flow.

What you will do

• Manage recruitment lifecycle: job postings, outreach, interview scheduling
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience
• Provide calendar management: scheduling, bookings, reminders
• Support meeting preparation: agendas, minutes, action tracking
• Assist in research on talent trends, competitors, and HR practices
• Help build and maintain professional network outreach
• Provide general assistance in day-to-day operations

What we look for

• 02 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or EA roles (consulting exposure a plus)
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Notion, Calendly (or equivalent tools)
• Hands-on with AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)
• Discreet, dependable, and proactive attitude
• Exposure to HR systems, talent frameworks, and consulting workflows
