Supervision of mfg. lines:-
● Work as Glatt Machine operator in Pellets department:
● to check all process parameters during manufacturing process.
● Documentation as per requirement of regulatory authorities (WHO, EUGMP, TURKEY)
● Safety of individual equipment and sub ordinate employees.
● Ensure area and equipment cleaning as per cleaning SOP after completion of process.
Online Documentation:
● Batch Manufacturing Record
● Maintain Machine Daily Log Record. Equipment status label, to be clean label,
Ensure Co-ordination with Supporting Departments for Smooth Working of Production:
* Co-ordinate with engineering department for smooth machine operation and in trouble
shooting.
* Co-ordinate with QA/QC department for approval of in process materials and process
checks.
* Ensure calibration and qualification status of equipment
Technical Skills Summary
* Observing and Monitoring following Machineries:
* Fluid Bed Processor (Glatt 60, 120)
* Extruder Cum Sphenorizer
* Rapid Mixer granulator
. Shifter, Blender, sol solution prepretioaretion, Fluid Bed Dryer
