Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Mandatory Certification: Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
  • 36 years of IT experience with at least 24 years in Pega PRPC development.
  • Experience in Case Management (CJCM) application design and development.
  • Strong understanding of Flows, Activities, Data Pages, Declarative Rules, and UI Rules.
  • Hands-on experience integrating Pega with external systems (REST, SOAP, Connectors, Services).
  • Good understanding of Agile methodology and sprint-based delivery.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to Pega Decisioning or Customer Service frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Pega DevOps / Deployment Manager.
  • Knowledge of database concepts and basic SQL.
