Pega Technical Manager

You will be responsible for: - Designing, developing, and configuring Pega applications using modern Pega Platform capabilities and best practices. - Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and participating in design reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning. - Collaborating with Business and Solution Architects to ensure solutions meet business objectives and technical standards. - Defining and managing case lifecycles, data models, business rules, and integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS). - Building case management applications using Pega Constellation and ensuring adherence to guardrails and enterprise governance. - Contributing to reusable frameworks, components, and shared assets. - Supporting testing, deployment, and post-launch activities. - Staying updated on new Pega features to recommend improvements. - Applying Agile and DevOps practices, including CI/CD and cloud deployments. - Supporting test automation using PTAK, Selenium, Postman, or JUnit, and designing reusable test cases. - Using SQL and APIs for data validation and integration testing. Preferred Qualifications: - Consulting or industry experience in financial services, insurance, or healthcare. - Hands-on experience with enterprise Pega applications, case design, data modeling, and rule implementation. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in Agile environments. - Solid understanding of Pega architecture, case management, decision rules, flow rules, and integrations. - Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Pega Cloud, AWS, Azure). - Experience with test automation tools and basic SQL/API knowledge. - Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer/Information Science, MIS, IT, or related fields. - Pega Certified System Architect (CSA).
