Pega Senior Developer

NTT DATA is seeking a Pega Senior Developer to join their team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should be a Pega Certified Senior System Architect with experience in Pega Low-Code-Approach, using Pega App Studio and Pega DCO. You will be responsible for conducting elaboration sessions, collaborating with the Lead System Architect and Business Team, and translating business requirements into effective designs based on industry knowledge. Strong technical skills, hands-on experience, and the ability to lead Pega projects are essential for this role. As a Pega Certified Senior System Architect, you will be tasked with designing and integrating strategies for Pega Application implementation, formulating data strategies, providing guidance to CSAs, and driving best practices in Pega methodology. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring solutions align with business and IT goals, communicating solution options to stakeholders, and incorporating software and system architecture into scalable designs. Additionally, you will be expected to facilitate decision-making, mentor team members, and drive process optimization for client business processes. The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in developing mobile applications using Pega, excellent communication skills, and a degree in computer science or a related field. Proficiency in Pega PRPC concepts, rule types, and enterprise class structure design is required. Experience in UI framework, email listeners, SSO integration, security privileges access roles, RDA, RPA Pega solutions, and various integration approaches is a plus. Knowledge of Agile methodologies, object-oriented design, and the ability to lead a team through the architecting process are also important. Travel may be required for this position. A master's or bachelor's degree in relevant areas is preferred. Knowledge of Latest Pega Capabilities, Pega Express Methodology, UML diagrams, requirement management tools like JIRA and DevOps, Agile Methodologies, and industries like Manufacturing, Life Sciences, and Utilities are desirable but not mandatory.
