Job Description

You will be working as an experienced tech lead with a focus on Supply Chain Transformation at Ford. Your key responsibilities will include: - Thinking through requirements, guiding overall design with phases, coaching less experienced developers, resolving technical blockers, and taking accountability for overall design and implementation quality. - Adapting to evolving requirements and ensuring sustainability. - Building effective relationships with various functional and technical teams to progress the work. - Contributing and maintaining product backlog and enabling the team to go further with effective usage of Jira. - Participating in Agile ceremonies and creating Technical Solution documentation as required. - Operating in an ambiguous environment with a curiosity towards new technologies and a strong desire to learn so that the team may benefit. - Understanding Design Principles and Tools, having hands-on experience querying SQL/NoSQL Databases, and directly contributing along with performing LSA role. - Designing class structures, application frameworks, and data models, and having advanced knowledge of PEGA Case Management. - Having complete knowledge in creating Access Group, Work Queue, Access Role, and working on complex flows such as Split Join, Spin Off. - Ensuring technical, functional, performance, and business requirements as well as best practices as defined by the team/organization/industry. - Translating business requirements into design/application builds and developing bug-free quality code which maintains a 90-97 Guardrail score. - Having knowledge in API-based development (Connect/Service APIs) and developing Dynamic UI controls. - Coordinating with the project team to ensure the business architecture matches the needs of the customer. - Using UI/UX Design Practices to advocate for the customer and help the team evolve the product. - Meticulously planning and tracking activities for meeting target deadlines. - Producing research assets (Journey Maps, Affinity Walls, Empathy Maps, Storyboards, Personas, etc.) to capture learning and communicate the immersive customer experience with the team and other stakeholders. - Conveying design requirements and specification details to the team and ensuring they capture business and customer value. You should have 8+ years of Pega experience with performing the LSA role, a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 to 8 years of gathering and analyzing requirements and designing software prototypes to support product development. Additionally, you should have PEGA LSA certification and be an effective communicator who can thrive in a highly matrixed organization.,
