PEGA Lead Decisioning Architect

We are currently seeking a skilled PEGA Lead Decision Architect (LDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) implementations on the cloud and be an expert in NBA/decisioning applications. Key responsibilities include defining decision architecture, solutions, and designs for Pega Decisioning and Pega Marketing, implementing decisioning rules and strategies, data flows, segmentation, AI concepts, and more. Desired certifications for this role include Pega Certified System Architect (CSA), Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA), Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (CPDC), Pega Certified Senior Marketing Consultant (PCSMC), Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA), Pega Certified Data Scientist, and completion of a mission for Lead Decisioning Architect on PDN. Minimum criteria for this position include a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in PEGA Development, PEGA Architecture certifications (LSA-1 or LSA-2) with at least LSA part-1 certification, and PEGA Decisioning experience (CDH, Decision Strategies, NBA, Engagement Policy, Treatments, Arbitration, Offers, Channels, Campaigns, etc.) or recent CPDC certification with good theoretical knowledge in decisioning concepts. Individuals not certified in LSA-1 or LSA-2 but working as designated Lead Decisioning Architect or Senior Decisioning Architect may also be considered if they have at least 5+ years of relevant experience in decisioning/CDH.
