Job Description

Pega CSA/CSSA professionals

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and configure business process applications using
Pega PRPC (preferably version 8.x)
.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Work on
case management, decision rules, UI components, integrations, and reporting
.
Ensure adherence to
Pega guardrails, coding standards, and best practices
.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and provide production support.
Participate in
Agile/Scrum ceremonies
and contribute to sprint deliverables.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance where required.

Required Skills & Experience:

Mandatory Pega Certification:
CSA (Certified System Architect) or CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect).
Minimum
5 years of Pega PRPC development experience
.
Strong knowledge of Pega concepts including
flows, activities, agents, data pages, decisioning, integrations (SOAP/REST), and UI rules
.
Experience in
application deployment, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
.
Strong knowledge of
databases (SQL/PLSQL)
and integration with external systems.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
