Pega Developer - CSSA Certified

You should have 7-10 years of experience in Pega development, with the mandatory requirement of holding a Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification. Your expertise should include in-depth knowledge of Pega PRPC, Pega Decisioning, and other Pega-related tools. You should be able to design and develop intricate workflows, business processes, and automation solutions using Pega PRPC. A strong understanding of Pega declarative rules, activities, decision tables, and reports is essential. You must also possess a robust knowledge of Pega architecture, application design, and advanced configuration. Proficiency in Pega's integration frameworks such as SOAP/REST, JMS, and File, along with skills in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and database technologies like SQL and DB2, are required. Experience in working on Pega Security models, Role-based Access Control (RBAC), and authentication mechanisms is crucial. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of Pega's best practices for security, performance tuning, and scalability. Your role will involve hands-on experience in developing and architecting Pega applications, with at least 2 years of experience as a CSSA. You should have a proven track record in managing large and complex Pega implementations from design to production. Preferred qualifications include experience with Pega 8.x or higher, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and working in Agile development environments. Experience with DevOps practices, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD) is a plus.
