Pega Developer

You are an experienced Pega Developer with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Pega solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to build enterprise-level applications using Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) and demonstrate expertise in Pega platform capabilities, integrations, and best practices. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based applications using Pega PRPC. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, develop reusable components, frameworks, and services within the Pega platform, and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and application security guidelines. Additionally, you will work on system integrations, API development, and web services using SOAP/REST, troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Pega applications for performance and scalability, participate in peer reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions, and support the deployment process including version control and CI/CD pipelines. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 5 to 8 years of experience in Pega development. You must possess strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC v7.x/v8.x, Pega CSA and CSSA certifications are preferred. Experience in workflow design, business rules implementation, case management, Pega integrations using SOAP, REST, JMS, and middleware tools, proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and database technologies like SQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL, as well as experience in Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipeline implementation are required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities are essential. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience with Pega frameworks like Customer Service, Smart Investigate, or Marketing, knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for Pega deployment, and exposure to BPM methodologies and automation tools.,
