Pega Decisioning Architect

As a Lead Decisioning Architect at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing complex decisioning strategies using the Pega Decisioning platform (CDH). Your responsibilities will include transforming business requirements into decisioning artifacts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging data analytics, and developing advanced adaptive/predictive models to drive real-time decision-making processes. Additionally, you will be overseeing the creation of various actions, treatments, engagement, and contact policies in Next-Best-Action Designer. You are expected to lead by example, mentor other Decisioning Architects through regular code and design reviews, and contribute to the overall success of the team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex decisioning strategies using the Pega Decisioning platform (CDH) - Transform business requirements into decisioning artifacts by collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging data analytics, and developing advanced adaptive/predictive models - Oversee the creation of various actions, treatments, engagement, and contact policies in Next-Best-Action Designer - Mentor other Decisioning Architects through regular code and design reviews Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience as a Decisioning Architect or in a similar IT role - Strong expertise in data analysis, machine learning, predictive modeling, and complex business rule development - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate effectively - Dedication to achieving outstanding results, driven, team-oriented, and able to lead by example - Ability to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly and explain them to both business and IT stakeholders - Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills - Advanced understanding and knowledge of SQL Join us as a Lead Decisioning Architect and be part of a dynamic team where your expertise will make a significant impact on our decisioning solutions and drive business success.,
