Role Overview: As a Pega CSSA Engineer/Lead/Specialist, your role involves creating smooth and efficient onboarding and other processes related to Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. You will collaborate with Ops engineers, Business specialists, and other Pega Dev engineers in an agile squad. Your squad is a part of the Global KYC Tribe, focusing on business delivery, and you will be a member of a Pega Dev Chapter, emphasizing your engineering craftsmanship. The agile/scrum methodology is followed, emphasizing iterative and incremental software development in small multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in User Story refinement. - Analyze requirements and suggest modifications or enhancements as needed. - Contribute to the design of solutions. - Develop high-quality applications. - Utilize Pega out-of-the-box features to build applications. - Create or update Unit Tests when required for new functionalities. - Engage in manual testing activities when necessary. - Proactively monitor application quality. - Ensure logs are free from unwanted messages and errors. - Take part in the Peer Review process. - Resolve incidents and problems when needed. - Propose and contribute to Continuous Delivery initiatives. - Automate deployment, testing, system health checks, and other manual tasks. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 6-13 years of experience in Pega development. - Pega CSSA certification is preferred. - Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.,
