Job Summary:

Rawls Salon Redefined is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pedicurist to provide premium pedicure services to our luxury clientele. The ideal candidate should have expertise in nail care, foot treatments, and spa pedicure techniques, while maintaining Rawls’ high standards of hygiene and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform professional pedicure services including nail shaping, cuticle care, exfoliation, massage, and polishing
Provide advanced foot treatments (spa pedicure, callus removal, hydration therapy, etc.)
Maintain the highest level of hygiene and sterilization of tools and workstations
Suggest nail care and foot care products to clients for aftercare
Stay updated with the latest pedicure techniques, nail trends, and wellness practices
Build strong client relationships and ensure a relaxing, luxury salon experience
Assist in salon promotions and events when required

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience as a Pedicurist / Nail Technician (luxury salon or spa preferred)
Strong knowledge of nail and foot care treatments
Excellent communication and client service skills
Attention to detail, patience, and creativity in nail finishing
Knowledge of hygiene and sterilization standards
Ability to handle high-end clientele with professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
