Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pediatric Physiotherapist, located in Pune. The Pediatric Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for children with developmental delays or disabilities. The role includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, educating families and caregivers, monitoring and documenting progress, and adapting treatment plans to meet the evolving needs of the child.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pediatric Physiotherapy and knowledge of developmental milestones
• Skills in creating and implementing individualized treatment programs
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for educating families and caregivers
• Proficiency in monitoring, documenting, and adapting treatment plans
• Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) with specialization in Pediatrics or relevant field
• Experience with children with developmental delays or disabilities is a plus
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
