JOB DESCRIPTIONS — PEB DETAILING TEAM

1. PEB Detailer (2–4 Years Experience)Position: Detailer

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Software Skills: AutoCAD, Tekla

Industry: Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) — Mandatory

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed fabrication drawings of PEB structures using AutoCAD/Tekla.
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings to produce accurate 2D/3D shop drawings.
• Coordinate with design engineers and senior detailers for clarifications.
• Ensure drawings are as per project specifications and standards.
• Prepare BOQs, erection drawings, and part drawings.
• Maintain drawing accuracy and revision history.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of PEB components (frames, secondary members, sheeting).
• Ability to read and understand structural GA drawings.
• Basic understanding of welding symbols and steel detailing standards.
• Good communication and time-management skills.

2. Senior PEB Detailer (4–7 Years Experience)

Position: Senior Detailer

Experience: 4 to 7 Years

Software Skills: AutoCAD, Tekla

Industry: PEB — Mandatory

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex PEB fabrication and erection drawings with minimal supervision.
• Review drawings prepared by junior detailers and ensure quality control.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams.
• Identify potential clashes and resolve detailing issues proactively.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the detailing team.
• Prepare BOMs (Bill of Materials) and ensure drawing compliance with codes.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of PEB detailing standards and fabrication practices.
• Ability to independently handle medium-to-large PEB projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills in structural detailing.
• Good knowledge of erection sequences, connections, and steel member behavior.

3. PEB Checker (7–10+ Years Experience)

Position: Checker

Experience: 7 to 12 Years

Software Skills: AutoCAD, Tekla

Industry: PEB — Mandatory

Responsibilities

• Check fabrication, erection drawings, and 3D models created by detailers/modelers.
• Ensure accuracy, constructability, and adherence to project specifications.
• Verify welding symbols, connection details, and material specifications.
• Identify errors, missing information, and potential interferences.
• Coordinate with client/engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain drawing QC standards and supervise detailing workflow.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in PEB detailing, standards, and steel detailing codes.
• Ability to lead quality assurance for detailing outputs.
• Excellent knowledge of PEB manufacturing and erection processes.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

4. PEB Modeler (3–8 Years Experience)

Position: Modeler

Experience: 3 to 8 Years

Software Skills: Tekla (Primary), AutoCAD

Industry: PEB — Mandatory

Responsibilities

• Create accurate 3D Tekla models for PEB structures.
• Develop assemblies, connections, and steel components in the model environment.
• Coordinate with detailers and engineers for model accuracy.
• Generate reports, CNC files, and material lists from Tekla.
• Ensure proper clash detection and model completeness.
• Maintain Tekla modeling standards and updates.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Tekla Structures for PEB projects.
• Sound understanding of PEB components and connections.
• Ability to interpret structural drawings into 3D models.
• Team-oriented, detail-focused, and technically strong.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
