Job Description

The role of Process Executive - Voice in the ITES/BPO, KPO domain requires a minimum Technical Graduate background (Btech, BSC IT, BSC Com Sci, MCA, etc.). The ideal candidate should have 0 to 6 months of experience in Digital Marketing or possess a Certification in Digital Marketing, coupled with strong communication skills. The position entails working in rotational shifts with flexibility to work night shifts at the permanent office location in Gurgaon operating 24*7. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with customers in a clear and correct manner - Document customer interactions accurately - Demonstrate good comprehension to understand and address customer issues - Maintain focus and concentration to resolve customer problems efficiently - Exhibit strong written communication skills for composing accurate responses - Collaborate effectively in both team and independent settings - Utilize desktop computer systems proficiently - Possess familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and internet browsing - Showcase excellent typing skills - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns promptly - Take ownership of challenging customer issues and escalate when necessary - Demonstrate flexibility in working schedules, including overtime as needed - Approach problem-solving logically and rationally - Exhibit an action-oriented and self-disciplined work ethic - Maintain an organized and detail-oriented approach to tasks - Handle technical queries and escalate complex issues for resolution - Identify and track application defects and inconsistencies - Drive continuous improvement by identifying root causes and eliminating defects The ideal candidate for this role should possess the required educational background, have a certification in Digital Marketing, and exhibit excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
