Responsibilities:

• Execute API manufacturing operations as per BMR/BPR.
  
• Operate reactors, centrifuges, dryers and other plant equipment.
  
• Monitor process parameters and ensure safety.
  
• Follow GMP & SOPs strictly.
  
• Coordinate with QA, QC & Engineering.
  

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of API/chemical plant operations.
  
• Ability to work in shifts.
  

2 QA (Quality Assurance) – B.Sc / M.Sc (2–5 yrs)

Responsibilities:

• Review BMR/BPR, SOPs & analytical documents.
  
• Handle deviations, CAPA, change control, OOS/OOT support.
  
• Ensure compliance with cGMP & regulatory standards.
  
• Assist in internal/external audits.
  

Skills Required:

• Strong documentation & GMP knowledge.
  

3 QC (Quality Control) – B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm (2–5 yrs)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct RM, IP, FP analysis using HPLC, GC, UV, IR, KF, etc.
  
• Prepare COA, maintain logbooks & QC documents.
  
• Ensure compliance with GLP & cGMP.
  
• Support investigations (OOS, OOT).
  

Skills Required:

• Hands-on analytical instrument experience.
  

4 Engineering – ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (5–7 yrs)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain API plant equipment such as reactors, utilities, boilers.
  
• Preventive & breakdown maintenance planning.
  
• Calibration and engineering documentation.
  
• Ensure safety compliance & readiness for audits.
  

Skills Required:

• Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills.
  

5 EHS – ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (2–5 yrs)

Responsibilities:

• Implement safety protocols inside the API plant.
  
• Conduct risk assessments, safety drills & PPE monitoring.
  
• Maintain EHS records as per statutory requirements.
  
• Support audits (ISO, OSHA, pollution control board).
  

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of EHS regulations in pharma/chemical industry.
  

6 Warehouse – B.Com / M.Com (2–5 yrs)

Responsibilities:

• Manage RM/PM/FG storage, issuance & dispatch.
  
• ERP entries, GRN preparation, FEFO/FIFO compliance.
  
• Coordinate with production, QA & logistics.
  
• Maintain daily stock reports.
  

Skills Required:

• Good understanding of warehouse operations & ERP.
  

7 Admin (Chairman’s PA) – Any Degree (10–12 yrs)

Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling, meetings & communication for Chairman.
  
• Handle confidential documents & correspondence.
  
• Coordinate administrative activities across departments.
  
• Travel coordination, visitor management & office protocols.

• Excellent communication & organizational skills.
  
• Ability to handle confidential work with professionalism.
