Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PCR (Production Control Room) Operator located in Noida. The PCR Operator will be responsible for managing live production operations, monitoring and maintaining audio and video quality, coordinating with technical and creative teams, managing broadcast equipment, and ensuring smooth functioning of live and recorded broadcasts. The role requires excellent technical skills and the ability to perform under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining PCR and broadcast equipment
  • Experience with audio and video quality monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of broadcast standards and production workflows
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of signal flow, live production, and scheduled programming
  • Bachelor's degree in Media, Broadcasting, or related field preferred
  • Experience with PCR operations in a broadcast or similar environment is a plus
