Job Description

We're Hiring: Electronics Engineer – PCB Manufacturing (Nagpur)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    CAM editing using CAM350

    and prepare files for production.
  • Oversee day-to-day PCB manufacturing and ensure

    process compliance

    .
  • Conduct

    visual inspections

    and

    basic electrical tests

    to maintain quality.
  • Work with production staff to ensure timely, accurate output.
  • Suggest process improvements and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
  • Daily reporting to company management


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Electronics or related field.
  • Familiarity with

    CAM350

    or similar CAM tools.
  • Basic understanding of

    PCB fabrication processes

    (etching, drilling, lamination, etc.).
  • Knowledge of

    Gerber files, solder mask, silkscreen layers

    , and design rules.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to take ownership on the shop floor.
  • Previous internship or work in a PCB setup is a plus (not mandatory).
