Responsibilities:

• Analyze technical Requirement and Customer input to execute Layout Engineering
• Experience in library files (symbol and footprint) creation for all electronics components.
• Prepare schematic using OrCAD capture based on the draft schematic given
• Conversion of Schematics to OrCAD PCB layout
• Netlist import, library management and footprint verification
• Experience in length Matching, delay Matching, constraint setting, cross talk analysis, Experience with Constraint manager
• Route single ended nets, differential-pair nets, multi-net buses
• Run final DRC checks for schematic and layout
• Create a preliminary plan sketch of the board
• Place high density and high quantity of components
• Design the complex and multi-Layer (Minimum 12 Layer) PCB Board using Cadence Allegro Tool 17.2 & PCAD
• Technical expertise to handle project independently, Self-review and documentation
• Library Support, DFx Process and DFx comment implementation
• Design consideration for EMI/EMC, thermal and Mechanical performance enhancement
• Stack Up design and Layer Planning, CAD Drawings
• On time

• Proficiency in Cadence Allegro is mandatory, Knowledge in PCAD PCB is added advantage
• Technical expertise in High Speed Digital, Analog and Power Supply designs, AC high voltage PCB design
• Must follow IPC standards for library and PCB layout
• Familiarity in High End Processor based Mother Board Design, DDRx memory interfaces, Ethernet interfaces OTHER INTERFACES, Multi-layer board design with Blind / Buried and Micro via
• Create and verify Gerber and ODB++ files for manufacturing Collaborate with and provide feedback to Electronic Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, CAD Librarians, other PCB Designers to correct, optimize and speed up the layout process
