Process Specialist - P&C Graduate (exclusion: BE/B.Tech/MCA).As Specialists 'Individual in this role need to Buddy with the new joiners to bring them up the learning curve, Participate on the review calls with the process owners, proactive identification of issues and assist the team in resolving the same. Process knowledge management through upto date docuemntation, and regular refreshers, interact with customers (internal / external) to meet process deliverables For Blended processes (Outbound Call and Task Processing): Understand Commercial and personal licensing terminology, Should analayze and interpret licensing regulations, Adjuster onboarding and renewal, Adjuster DOI chanhges, Internal & Independent producer onboard, cancel and update, Agency updates, Claim Adjuster cancel, cover note, premium calculations & updates, changes requested by agents and insurance company representatives, modify existing agents. Obtain and verify information on forms, applications and related documents. Investigate, analyze the producer information. Proven verbal and written communication skills for contact with agents, brokers, management, field sales and regulatory agencies. Document and diary files as required, processes & files necessary documentation with state agency. Shift : Night/Flexible
