Job Description

You should have 6 to 10 years of experience for this position located in Narsapura, Kolar District, Karnataka. Your responsibilities will include preparing and cross-verifying employees" salary breakups, managing the Full & Final Settlements Process for exiting employees, coordinating with the Finance Department for the salary release process, and sharing statutory liabilities reports such as PF, ESIC, and PT with the statutory/Finance team for remittance on a Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly, and yearly basis. Additionally, you will be handling employee queries and problem-solving related to Salary, Leave, Incentives, Reimbursement, and other deductions & Earnings.,
