Job Description: We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition for our Payroll, Recruitment, Staffing, and End-to-End HR Outsourcing Services. The role requires B2B marketing, client meetings, and travelling to build strong relationships and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Acquire new corporate clients for payroll & HR services through B2B marketing. Pitch and close deals for recruitment, staffing, and HR outsourcing solutions. Conduct market research, generate leads, and manage client pipelines. Travel for client meetings, presentations, and networking events. Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business. Collaborate with internal recruitment and payroll teams for service delivery. Desired Candidate Profile: 3-6 years of proven experience in B2B business development / recruitment sales. Strong interpersonal, negotiation & presentation skills. Excellent track record in recruitment sales & client acquisition. Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings. Graduate/MBA in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
