Responsibilities: - Recommend best people practices that align with client business requirements. - Support the product implementation team during the implementation phase, collaborating with client teams to ensure successful go-live, even on-site if necessary. - Resolve customer complaints by identifying the root cause of the issue, providing the best solution, and ensuring timely resolution through follow-up actions. Requirements: - Possess a good understanding of statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, LWF, TDS, and PT. - Experience in Gratuity and Labor Benefit calculations. - Proficiency in Excel is advantageous. - An MBA in business, accounting, or a related field is a plus.
