Forvis Mazars is hiring Executive/Senior Executive for HR Operations- Payroll & Compliance. PFB the JD- Payroll Management: Effectively liaising with the payroll vendor to ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries for a workforce exceeding 1000 employees. Addressing employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll, including issues with payslip accuracy, tax withholding, and benefit deductions. Developed, reviewed, and maintained Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists for all payroll processes, fostering seamless collaboration with the Finance team to address payroll-related issues. Maintained up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure payroll processes remained compliant. HRIS Management: Overseeing the installation and configuration of HRIS software: Keka & OSource to meet organizational needs. Tailoring HRIS settings and workflows to align with organizational processes and requirements. Managing employee data within the HRIS, including personal information, employment history, performance evaluations, training records, and compensation details. Database Management and Analytics: Oversaw the creation, modification, and deletion of employee master records, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Generated various reports, including HR master data reports, attrition reports, timesheet reports, and training reports for budgeting, forecasting and other organizational requirements. Conducted data analysis including preparation of monthly dashboards to extract actionable insights and provide valuable information for organizational decision-making. Managing the preparation and updating of monthly medical insurance data for insurance vendors, while effectively addressing employee inquiries. Compliance Adherence: Preparation of statutory filings documents including LWF return, return on annual employment exchange, and maternity returns to maintain compliance and avoid penalties. Collaborating with Audit & Compliance teams as needed to facilitate audits and compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Facilitating coordination with PF vendors for new employee enrollment and addressing employee queries.
