Payroll Clerk

As an Office Administrative Assistant at SM Workforce Pvt Ltd, located in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Making salaries, maintaining employee attendance, leave, and overtime records. - Coordinating with HR for new joiners, resignations, and employee master updates. - Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, TDS, and Labour Welfare funds. - Calculating salary, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements. To excel in this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications: - Administrative assistance and clerical skills. - Bachelor's degree in commerce, HR, business administration, or a related field. - Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining accuracy. - Knowledge of muster roll, attendance management, and other labor laws. - Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills. - Executive administrative assistance experience. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
