Job Description

In this role at Air Liquide, you will be responsible for various HR functions to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and maintaining employees" personal files and records - Maintaining the HR dashboard with accurate numbers - Coordinating with Finance for timely submission of monthly pension contributions & NPS - Registering eligible employees for the relevant pension scheme and handling exemptions - Coordinating with Finance and BSC for consolidation and reconciliation exercises - Ensuring attendance and leave policy compliance - Executing flexi benefits schemes monthly - Managing EXPAT cost in consultation with a consultant - Overseeing the leave management system and ensuring policy compliance - Enrolling employees and eligible dependents in applicable insurance policies - Handling Group Health Insurance and Group Personal Accident Policy - Managing EXPAT benefits and providing support for medical emergencies/insurance requirements - Coordinating logistics for onboarding and offboarding activities - Ensuring full and final settlement of employees during the exit cycle - Contributing to HR invoice processing, data management, and reporting - Supporting budget and forecasting exercises, internal and external audits, and HR process development - Assisting in knowledge transfer activities and stabilization of the newly created BSC - Undertaking any other tasks required by the Lead HRBP for successful implementation of local HR strategy & requirements Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field - Sound knowledge of regulations, labor laws, and labor codes - Experience in creating POs in an ERP (e.g., MS Business Dynamics) - Experience in a large manufacturing organization with operations across multiple states in India Skills and Competencies: - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Experience in a transformational or change environment is advantageous - Ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels - Hospitality mindset with a focus on exceeding client expectations and empathizing with customer needs - Proactive in query resolution, organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time management skills - Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, especially Google Sheets - Ability to maintain discretion, confidentiality, and analytical skills At Air Liquide, diversity and inclusion are valued, and we welcome applications from all qualified individuals, regardless of background.
