As the HR Administrator at our organization, your key responsibilities will include managing and maintaining employees" personal files and records, ensuring accurate numbers in the HR dashboard, and liaising with Finance for timely submission of pension contributions and NPS. You will coordinate with Finance and the BSC for consolidation and reconciliation exercises, oversee leave management, and handle group health insurance and personal accident policy. Additionally, you will support onboarding and offboarding activities, contribute to HR administration tasks such as invoice processing and data management, and participate in budgeting and forecasting exercises. Your role will also involve supporting audit processes, refining HR processes and policies, and assisting in knowledge transfer activities. You may be required to take on other tasks as needed to implement the local HR strategy effectively. To be a successful candidate for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Sound knowledge of regulations, labor laws, and labor codes is essential, along with experience in creating POs in an ERP system. Experience in a large manufacturing organization with operations across multiple states in India will be advantageous. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary, along with the ability to establish effective working relationships across all levels of the organization. A proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and proficiency in Google Workspace tools, especially Google Sheets, are also required.
